One of the prevailing problem areas facing most people is the area around their belly.
Belly fat is very simple and easy to put on the other hand it is stubborn, difficult and not easy to eliminate.
Many people erroneously think that engaging in exercises like sit-ups or other exercise targeting
the stomach area will help solve the belly fat easily. Stomach exercises help to aids and improve stomach muscle
tone and strength but not necessarily effect the fat around the belly area.
Without much ado there is easy way to lose belly fat without going to the gym or buying expense exercise equipment.

Lose Belly Fat
Often you hear about foods that burn belly fat. The foods these "guru" recommend do help to burn more
calories but are not specific to burning fat in the belly area. They also are probably a good choice
nutritionally since they are basic foods with low fat content and more protein. Protein rich foods require
more energy to digest and can contribute to losing weight but in a very limited and small way.

The following food items should be avoided like plague when working on losing belly fat. Any food items with refined sugar,
processed foods (foods that are prepared often contain sugar of some type to improve taste), dairy
products, fried foods, and most sauces or condiments with high fat or sugar content. So you will be left with higher protein food items
foods items that are both less calories and low in fat. Remember there is both good and bad fat since we
all need a little fat to stay healthy.People don't even care a jolt or overlooked
the best way to lose belly fat. A good simple solution to lose belly fat is to walk briskly around for about 20 to 30 minutes every day.
This is of important and beyond any normal daily activities.
There are many advantages to walking, from improved cardio- vascular strength to keeping those muscles
lean and firm. The fact that walking is a good way to get rid of belly fat and is a very easy exercise
that almost anyone can do is hard to beat.
The fat around your belly is called visceral fat and can be a stubborn devil to burn off. Regimented exercises
you often see on TV that are trying to sell you some device can make you stronger but still won't be as a
effective as walking to lose belly fat. And there's a little trick that you can do to even lose belly fat
 quicker during your walks.

To make your walking  effective you need to include a little routine by increasing
your efforts for about 25-30% somewhere in the middle of your walk. It is also advisable to gradually increase the intensity of your walking exercise
Let's say you can walk about 30 blocks in 25 minutes. If you increase your speed for block 4 through 9, then again on block 13-18, this gives you almost double the work out and results.
Calories count too as we all know. If you take a brisk walk for about an hour you will burn around 330 calories.

Make sure also cut any high calorie snacks that can also have a lot of fat. Eat more high protein foods which
can require more calories to digest. and as a bonus usually have much less fat anyway.
Find ways to include walking that really don't make you think of exercise. Go to the park and explore new walking trails,
go walk along a lake shore or beach, take the dog out for a walk, or take the kids to the zoo. All these activities
include walking but aren't the main focus.
There are a lot of ways to incorporate walking into your schedule that don't interfere with your daily routine. Take
the stairs at work, park farther away from the store, take the shopping cart back to store, walk down to the neighborhood
swimming pool or park rather than drive, all of these small efforts can add up over a week and help you lose belly fat too.

A few small changes in your life style are always easier than going radical. Cut back on the pastry, sweets, high fat foods, include and incorporate
more walking and exercise in your daily schedule. Those are all easy and steady lifestyle changes that can make a big impact on
feeling better and losing belly fat.
Don't forget that if you add a little more walking to your daily routine you probably will sleep better, have less aches and pains, and feel better overall.
Make sure you don't exceed your limit or have some type of physical limitation.
Almost any city has public parks and offers walking and hiking trails that can be fun and help you lose belly fat.
